Just like the others, I couldn't wait to try the Split-Ender. After using it, in addition to the Restoration Capsules, I would absolutely recommend it to anyone with damaged hair. I am very satisfied and extremely happy with the results. Thank you, not only for a great product but for a speedy delivery, as well. It does prove to do just what it intends...trims your hair without losing the length AND leaves it silky. This product, in my opinion, is A MUST TRY!!! And look on the bright side, you're not really losing anything with a money back guarantee. Thanks for reading my post, and hopefully you'll join those of us that no longer worry about the embarrassment of split ends.

I recieved my Split end Maxi kit yesterday and I couldn't waite to try it. I read the directions, then I started to use the product, and I must say I was very pleased with my results. When you first look at the product it looks as if it's not going to do anything to your hair, but after you run it through you hair your split ends are gone. Thank you so much for creating this product. I have been trying for years to grow my hair out, but it is so fragile that using a curling iron burns it , but this product is going to allow me to keep my hair looking wonderful as it grows.

Yes it does work for all hair types including afro carribbean hair no matter how tight. There is no possible way that you can cut off anymore than between 1/4 -1/8 inch because of the way it is designed. Be sure you do not get the counterfeit one (see official website splitend er.com). But it leaves your hair feeling silky smooth and you will not even notice the difference in length. Better than any hairdresser that I have come across because it is not scissor happy and you get the bits that hairdressers cannot. Its even better because some hair takes a long time to grow and hairdressers have the tendency of cutting the re-growth so you are always starting at square one. My advice is get it it is well worth the money!

I love my split ender. its definately the best tool i bought to help me manag e my long hair. i noticed that when i get my hair professionally trimmed all of the split ends are not trimmed and i would use scissors to trim my hair again myself. of course it would be very time consuming and sometimes i would give up bc my hair is very long. i have told my friends about the amazing split ender and now they are curious :). thanks so much victor your a genius.

I absolutely love my split-ender! I have had mine for years now and from day one I have falling in love with it. I love the condition it leaves my hair in. And for skeptics out there...my best friend is a hairdresser and I kept telling her about this product and one day she let me use it on her hair and she was absolutely amazed by the results! I bought my Split-Ender a few months ago and WOW do I love it! I have fairly thick hair that is healthy and shiny but those ends have a tendency to get a little "crunchy" and dry from blow drying and the curling iron. I can tell when it's time to use my Spit-Ender. When combing out my wet hair, the comb stops before it reaches the end of my hair. The damaged ends tangle my hair. No worries though, I get out my Split-Ender run it through my blow-dried hair and have perfect silky shiny hair. It makes my hair feel so soft and it stays tangle free for weeks. I found that it works best when you section your hair in smaller sections. The Miracle Silk Serum is great too. It adds a beautiful gloss to your hair. You will love this product and the Split-Ender will help you grow out your hair very long, healthy, strong and shiny! A lady that I work with was watching t.v. with her husband and a shampoo commercial came on with a model who had extremely shiny hair, Her husband said, "No one has hair that is that shiny!" My co-worker said "This girl that I work with does!!" She was talking about me! How fun is that!?

It really does work! REALLY! Be good about switching the directional button though; I wound up with one side of my head looking great and the other looking frizzy and dead. I would also invest in the miracle silk serum this company offers, it is the best product I have ever tried for my flyaways! Overall, this was a great purchase. I would highly reccomend. ps I have naturaly straight, fine hair. Those of y'all with curly or thick hair may have a different experiance.

Can I just tell you - The Split Ender Machine is one of those "As Seen
on TV Products" BUT...let me tell you though, it works like a charm.
Not only does it only take off less than 1/4 of an inch of your hair,
it completely rids your head of split ends. .......And yes, for those
of us, who, like myself, are challenged when it comes to operaing
machines, its absolutely fantab! You run it through your hair just like
a straightening iron and it actually stores the split ends in the
machine for you so that yo can see how it removed them! I am usually
not a big fan of products unless they really do an outstanding job, but
this machine is absolutely wonderful and it only costs $49.99 dollars!
The best part is that you don't even need to go to the hairdresser for
trims using this bad boy! So, for the $49.99 dollars you put out, you
are really saving yourself a bundle in terms of not having to go for
those pesky hair trims that don't really improve the style of your
hair, but just keep those ends from splitting!

I thought this was gonna rip me off, but im telling you.. It really
does not make your hair shorter. All the little split ends were all in
the split ender and I even took a picture of it.. I just finished using
it.. Now im gonna start on my mom's hair. This is crazy!! Ive never
seen my hair this way before being that I'm caribbean and my nappy
headed roots are a nightmare! Thank You So Much Talavera.. Oh and the
Miracle Silk smells awesome and works GREAT!!

I've had short hair for years because I didn't think I could grow long
beautiful hair because every time I did, it would be plagued by split
ends. I had seen the split-ender on television countless times on
television, but was very skeptical because many of the before and after
shots looked exaggerated, like the models hair had been teased and
messed with.

After much procrastination, I decided to browse th e web for the split
ender, to my surprise, now they had their own website, and a new and
im proved version of the older split ender, called the split ender maxi.
I decided to give it a try because every time I go to the hair dresser
they lop off all the length and I'm back at square one all over again.
I haven't had a hair cut in months because I'm trying to grow it out
until it&# 39;s around 22 inches long, or around where the back of a woman's
bra strap is; which is pretty hard to accomplish when your trying to
grow long hair, but healthy hair too. I'm sure most women can agree
that having long beautiful hair brings a certain elegance and feminism.
But when trying to grow that hair you desire, your always in a never
end ing battle with split ends.

I just received my pink, split-ender maxi in the mail yesterday and
tried it out last night. I gathered the only way I could find out of it
worked was if I tried it out. Although, I didn't wash my hair like
suggested, I sectioned and ran the split ender through my hair. I have
to admit, it took a while to do, and I got bored and tired near the
end. It's hard to manage the hair that you've already treated and the
hair you haven't with one little clip, so you might want to have some
more handy and have someone help you do this

After I used the split ender and ran my fingers through my hair, I
could definitely tell the difference. My hair was smoother and silkier
then the hair I hadn't treated yet, and best of all, I didn't have to
sacrifice the length, just like the commercial testifies. Overall, I'm
happy with the split ender, and if your considering this product, trust
me, you wont ever regret this purchase!

I love the spilt ender I bought one back in 2005 and used it every
other month. While I didn't have a major problem with spilt ends this
helped protect my hair from that and helped me grow my hair out.
Needless to say my fiances ex-friends wife took it from his apartment
and now I have to buy another one. I say if she needed it that bad
then whatever. She can have my old blue one cause I want a new pink
one anyway! LOL!

I have been using this machine for a minute now and im mixed. i
straighten my hair and use it. i could tell instaly that it was working
because i had split ends so bad that it had the white buds at the ends
and it snipped about 90% of them away!! now my hair will start to grow!
anyway this machine works really well !! get it today! hurry ur not
gonna be sorry.

The inventor did the best thing when he invented this wonderful tool. If you want long, beautiful hair, you need this. Please continue making this tool. It has helped me to have hair way past my waist. I can not live without it.

I purchased the product initially in 2003/2004. I had stopped having my
hair trimmed because of a hair dresser that decided trimming my ends a
four inch hair cut. The old Split Ender was made to be disposable, and
I know this should not be the case. Now the new one is improved with
metal pressing handle and last for a long time. I've brought three of
the old version but it was worth it because they worked. The new
vers ion sold here is much better by far. If you use it correctly it
will work for you, if you work with it. Don't pull your own hair this
is not a curling iron. It works best after a quick blow dry with a flat
brush. Use small sections and take your time. If you want long hair and
are maintaining it yourself this is the product for you. I have paid my
own hair dresser to use it on me and although she still wanted to put
tho se scissors in my head in the beginning she respects that I take
charge of my hair and its care. With the Split Ender I can do this
without fear of a bad hair cut I never wanted. Its all about the length
for me.

I got my Split-Ender yesterday. I was skeptical about it too. So many
of the "as seen on TV" items are all flash and no substance. This thing
WORKS!! I haven't had my hair trimmed since early De cember and the ends
were so split and dry. It actually sounded crunchy if I bunched it up
with my hand into a ponytail and bounced the palm of my other hand
against the ends. Shocked It would constantly tangle, and then I'd end
up with more breaks and splits from trying to get those worked out. I'm
a real procrastinator when it comes to going to a salon just to say
"trim the dry ends." They're probably dying to cut my long, straight
hair into something new and "stylish." LOL I need to redo the color
too , but didn't want to do that until the dry, ratty ends were cut off.
Anyway.....

I ran each section of hair through the maximum of three times. Wow!
What a difference. The amount it cut s off is so miniscule, but the
difference in how it looks and feels is huge.

The instructions say to use it every 3-6 weeks, but if your hair is
especially damaged you can use it every 2 weeks. I've never used a hair
straightener, but I'm guessing using this is similar to using a flat
iron - take a small section of hair, clamp the device onto it, run it
slowly to the ends.

You'll recoup the cost after two uses, maybe one if your hair salon
prices are higher. In my little town, it runs $40-$50 a cut plus tip.

I bought the original one . I'm more than happy with the results I got
with the original that really really works!

Hello! I am having so much fun with my split ender. And it is fun to
turn others on to this great product. I have never had such great
customer service. I received the product in 2 days. Jerry is a great
customer service rep. ; My hair is finally going to have a chance to be
long now. Always had to cut it after it got to any length. Also I
have had a knock off by mista ke before. NO comparison to the real
thing. Don't be fooled. I am a customer for life now.

The Split ender is a real Money Sav er! I'm Trying to Grow my Hair long and I love it even my best friend has seen the difference!
