It is also perfect as a 2nd. option for users that will like a smaller portion of hair cuts as this Blade Cartridge is specially set to cut hair at 1/8" approx. while the original Blade Cartridge that comes with the Split-Ender Maxi Kit is specially set to cut hair at 1/4" approx. No matter what reason you have is always a great idea to have an additional Blade Cartridge at your disposal for when the original blades wears out (in approx. 1 year time of regular use). You will be very happy to use this 1/8" hair cut blade setting for more often treatments as you will not be cutting as much hair as with the original. Only available in a clear color!
